Established officially in September of 2004, The Ambassador’s Touch Inc. was formed from the combined experiences of small office and residential cleaning, IT services, hotel management and executive personal assistance to CEOS, Vice Presidents and Owners, operating since 1998. Today, The Ambassador’s Touch has grown into a reputable concierge & events company that is catching national attention. Not only do we take pride in serving our clients, we also take pride in serving our community and country as well. Giving back to the community keeps us grounded, focused and forever mindful of our commitment to being a truly unique concierge company. As a company established to SAVE others time, we gladly donate our time to support charitable events and worthwhile causes. Erica Davis, CEO
Originally from Peoria, IL, Erica is the heart of The Ambassador's Touch
Inc. Erica has an extensive background in hotel and office management,
executive personal assistance to CEOs and Vice Presidents, and event
planning and is currently going through several certifications at this time,
including Wedding Consulting, Event Planning Specialist, Real Estate
Licensing, and Certified Relocation Specialist. Erica is also the Newsletter
Editor for the International Concierge & Errands Association, a post she has
held for four years, and is on the Educational Committee with the Arlington
Chamber of Commerce.
Erica's dedication, loyalty and commitment to The Ambassador's Touch is
unquestionable. From contacting clients regularly to ensure their
satisfaction, going out of her way to maintain employee contentment,
traveling to various cities meeting prospective clients and partners, or
performing community services for charitable and community oriented
projects/groups, such as the YMCA, Erica is more than just the face of The
Ambassador's Touch; she is the HEART of it!

Anthony Davis, President
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Anthony is a true southern gentleman who
believes in traditional southern hospitality. Having served 10 years in the US
Army, Anthony is very committed to providing our clients the best service
possible. He is currently going through several IT certifications at this time,
including Wireless Solutions and Network Management.
An IT professional with 14 years of network consulting, engineering and
designing, he has also owned and operated numerous small office and
residential cleaning businesses, as well as home daycares. Anthony is very
passionate about The Ambassadors Touch and the company's focus on
customer service. Always on the front lines and eager to sacrifice his time,
Anthony is the driving force leading The Ambassador's Touch towards the
path to success!
